These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access or use the 99bat platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and any associated services. The terms are written in English; in the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

99bat reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access to any user who violates these terms, without prior notice. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction. 99bat does not make any representation that access to the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and takes no responsibility for users who access it from restricted territories.

Access to and use of the 99bat platform is conditional upon meeting the following eligibility criteria. 99bat reserves the right to request documentation verifying eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

You must confirm that you

• Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• Are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of another person, company, or organisation.
• Are not a current or former employee of 99bat or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or partner companies.
• Have not previously been excluded or had an account terminated by 99bat for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Are using your own funds and that those funds are not derived from any illegal activity or source.

99bat may at its discretion decline to open an account or close an existing account without providing a reason, where it is not satisfied that an applicant or existing user meets the eligibility requirements set out above. Any balance held in a closed account that was legitimately deposited will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 99bat. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If 99bat discovers that a user has opened more than one account, all accounts may be closed and any winnings forfeited. Registration requires the provision of accurate and complete personal information, and users are obligated to keep this information up to date.

Your account responsibilities include

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times and not sharing them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notifying 99bat support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring that all personal information provided at registration and during account use is accurate, truthful, and current.
• Completing KYC verification when requested by 99bat in order to process withdrawals or confirm account identity.

99bat employs SSL encryption to protect account data and financial transactions. However, users remain responsible for the security of their own devices. 99bat strongly recommends that users access the platform only from personal devices with up-to-date security software installed and that they log out fully after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

All financial transactions on the 99bat platform must be conducted in good faith, using payment methods that are registered in the account holder's own name. 99bat reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds and the identity of the account holder as part of routine compliance and KYC procedures.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no upper limit stated here, though the platform reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at its discretion.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
• Deposits are credited to the account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 99bat is not responsible for delays caused by issues at the payment provider's end.
• 99bat reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the original payment method if it suspects the transaction is connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other prohibited activity.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method at the time of processing.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, the account holder must have completed KYC verification. 99bat reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity and source-of-funds checks.
• Withdrawal of funds that were obtained through a bonus requires the associated wagering requirement to be met in full before the withdrawal can be processed.
• In the event that 99bat suspects a withdrawal request is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account policy violations, it may freeze the account and withhold the funds pending investigation. Users will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

All amounts are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Currency conversion costs, if any, are the responsibility of the account holder. 99bat does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, but third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.

99bat offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, and other events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.

General bonus conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the purpose stated in the offer and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated withdrawal conditions.
• 99bat reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, and to reclaim bonus funds from an account where it is found that the bonus was claimed in breach of these conditions.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible account, per promotional period, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts will result in account closure.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are valid only on the games specified in the offer and expire after the period stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements.

99bat does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific bonus or promotion. Promotional offers are subject to change without notice and are available only while stocks or budget allocations last. Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or hedging strategies — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

All bets and wagers placed on 99bat are final once confirmed. Users are solely responsible for verifying the details of any bet before confirmation. 99bat will not accept claims for void or reversal of a confirmed bet based on user error, misunderstanding of market terms, or change of mind.

Sports betting specific rules

• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and ODIs — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or suspended, markets will be settled in accordance with the platform's standard abandonment rules, which are communicated within each market at the time of betting.
• Live in-play markets are offered on selected events and are subject to suspension at any time at the platform's discretion. Bets accepted before a suspension point are valid; bets placed after the market re-opens at updated odds are settled at those updated odds.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a market being offered at clearly incorrect odds, 99bat reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the account holders, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Casino and live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented by the game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a casino game outcome, the game provider's certified RNG log shall be the definitive record.

Maximum winnings per bet or per session may be subject to limits set by the platform or the individual game provider. Where such limits apply, they will be disclosed in the relevant market or game interface. Payment of winnings above any stated maximum payout is at the platform's sole discretion.

Tools available to all account holders

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum for funds added to the account.
• Session time limits — receive alerts when a session reaches a specified duration and optionally lock the account until the next day.
• Cool-off period — temporarily suspend access to the account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close the account and block re-registration for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 99bat and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's details, with or without that person's knowledge.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human interaction tool to place bets, access account features, or interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information that provides an unfair advantage, or coordinate betting patterns in a manner designed to exploit the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or proceeds of crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability to gain an advantage, including but not limited to placing bets at incorrect odds that result from a technical fault.

99bat actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the platform will void all affected bets and transactions, close the account, and retain any balance pending further investigation. The platform will cooperate fully with any lawful requests from competent authorities in connection with suspected prohibited conduct.

99bat provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99bat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 99bat does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or that any errors will be corrected promptly.

In no event shall 99bat, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform; any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; or unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

99bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 99bat following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support. Any bets or transactions placed before the effective date of an amendment are governed by the terms in force at the time of placement.
